Updating server IP

I have not been able to update the game for half a day now. At first, it did not want to update the launcher. Then it made a timeout error every 3-5 GB. Now it is stuck at 99% of updates and 9.99 MB. Now the speed has dropped to 0.

I checked the site the error refers to via the CMD ( https://patch-poe2.poecdn.com )
No losses, ping 4-7 seconds.

However, I noticed that the IP address is constantly changing. The main 86.57.191.x is constant, but the last digits change somewhere every 20-40 seconds.

Could this be a problem with the update not wanting to download?

What is happening with the PoE2 update server? This is the first time I have encountered this. There have never been such problems with PoE1.
