[Xbox Series X] Porting or entering Clearfell result in crash to dash

This bug has been in the game since launch, and is extremely annoying.

During an hour of play time, the game crashed 9 times porting into or entering Clearfell.

Deleting cache does nothing, and it isn't every time you port, but it happens so often it is enough to annoy so much one just doesn't want to play
