Loot disapearing

On XBOX the loot drops then completely disappears

uninstalled loot filter, did it to me too. old filters are outdated now. try that and see if it helps

I have found this too. I can see the item even on the floor, but cannot do anything about it. I've turned loot filters off that I had set up, yet nothing has changed this.
How would you uninstall the loot filter? The way you have set it up? |

Yeah tried unfollowing the filter which has removed it from my options. But level 4 killed two bosses and only one uncommon quiver dropped and thats it for gear. No scrolls, no orbs. Just a bit of gold. Not sure if it's a bug or what it's meant to be at this level. But I remember it dropping a lot more before.
One boss dropped the spirit buff. The other dropped a skill gems. Had a couple of skill gems. Witch is still in rags. Managed to buy a helm with the gold I have. Ya, same thing keeps happening to me. Your can see the blue column of light for a rune or the orange column of light for a unique, but I am unable to pick up the item. After killing anything, bosses included, they drop items and i have to rush to it before it disappears. In some cases, you can still see the item on the ground, but it is not clickable. You can also pull something out of your inventory onto the ground and it will also become unclickable or disappear. Sometime you will see an item drop and as soon as it appears, it will disappear. It seems this may be happening faster to a point where it appears no loot was dropped. This becomes very frustrating as this is a game about gathering loot.
