T17 Mod - Reduced Mana Recovery from Leech Prevents Mana Regen

My character was unable to recover any mana when entering a T17 map, despite the map having no modifiers that explicitly affect mana regeneration. There was, however, a modifier that reduced % maximum total life, mana, and energy shield recovery from leech. I don't think this modifier should affect regular mana regen, but it seems several other players have also encountered this issue with this specific modifier in the past.

Can confirm, after almost a year and many archived reports, this bug still disables both life and mana regeneration and recoup, without having a single leech instance.

I think you should make sure your client is up to date and consider logging out and back in manually; if the problem persists, report it via the bug forum with details for GGG to resolve faster.
