delirium/simulacrum crash

I'm running all content in the game with 140 fps never had any issues maybe some rare fps drops but thats only when maps are super juiced with so many monsters my problem is crashing when there is delirium or when i run simulacrum there is 1 effect that keeps crashing my game even tho my fps was still high with no lag at all game just crashes out of nowhere surprisingly I've used the same pc since I started playing poe and never had this issue before.
