Networking issues, Ping spike whenever I do any actions

Hi! I've been playing PoE2 since the start of the beta and starting yesterday I started having really annoying lag issues while playing.
I usually play with around 25-35ms on the Brazilian server and now, while I'm not doing anything I still have that ping, but as soon as I start moving or pressing any keys, the ping spikes to up to 200 ms, and the input lag gets noticeable.
Here are two images illustrating the problem:

Thanks in advance!

I'm having the same issue, did someone found a solution?
To add a bit more context: I tried changing the networking type in the poe2_production_Config file to all possible values (auto, predictive and lockstep) and I experienced the same behaviour on all 3 of them
I've been experiencing the same issue. The game has become unplayable. Is there any solution?
Came here to say im having the same issue. it only started with the last patch . ive had no issues since launch. but this last patch seemed to make it unbearable to play during peak hours. ms spiking every 1-2 seconds
Same problem here. If you change instances during the campaign the problem goes away, but in maps, this problem makes the game unplayable
Same problem here.
This is still an issue for me 4 months later. Unbelievable. I've contacted support many times and still no official answer regarding this problem
I also have this problem, 30ms on all EU servers, however when try to move my mouse or press WASD it skyrockets to 150ms and I have noticeable input lag. Cant find any fix

Please post a WinMTR log. GGG has a guide here.

Additionally - could you post more screenshots, but this time with all diagnostic metrics displayed?
