Incursion Scarab of Timelines creates monster level 1 Temples with bricked rooms
I used Incursion Scarab of Timelines while running Incursions in solely t16 maps. The Temples that dropped from it were all monster level 1 instead of 83 like the normal temple would have been, regardless of how many incursions were remaining. Furthermore, many rooms in those Temples were completely bricked, probably because of the low level: gem chests contained 0 items, the map room had no chests, architects did not drop map currency even with a t3 map room (even though the description of the room said they would), and so on. Even if the level 1 Temple of Atzoatl is intentional, it's hard to imagine that most of the rooms doing literally nothing even at t3 is intentional too.

This isnt a bug. Scarab has always generated level 1 monster level temples, and of course the loot from the a lvl 1 monster zone is going to be basically non-existent. This scarabs use case is strictly to generate rooms with alters you interact with. (Locus, Doryani, Sacrifice) “Freedom is what we do with what is done to us.”
